Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple brands to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create original captions, post copy, and short-form content across platforms in alignment with each brand's voice and style guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish social media content (graphics, videos, captions) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage community engagement across all active brand channels, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies when applicable to ensure social media campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Plan and support execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads and similar channels.
  • Produce basic photo and video content to support social media needs.
  • Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align content strategies with overall marketing campaigns and brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Demonstrated writing ability with command of AP style, brand voice, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging, audience-appropriate content.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Sprout Social, or equivalent).
  • Basic content creation skills (graphic design using Canva or Adobe tools and short-form video).
  • Basic experience planning and executing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, PPC, etc.).
  • Basic familiarity with Google Analytics and native platform analytics for performance reporting.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

Education And Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with social media content creation and management as a primary function.
  • Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating social media management, brand copywriting, and content across formats.
  • Experience managing social media channels across multiple brands or accounts.
