About the role

We are a start-up company, Detroit Style Planter Company, offering outdoor planter subscriptions and seasonal decor. Our focus is celebrating the changing seasons of Michigan by providing new, thriving plant arrangements for each time of year. We serve both residential and commercial customers throughout the Detroit Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content tailored to our industry and audience.
• Develop video materials related to Michigan outdoors.
• Grow our follower base quickly with relevant and creative posts.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in social media management.
• Experience creating engaging and visually appealing content.
• Ability to produce high-quality video content.
• Knowledge of seasonal trends and how they relate to Michigan.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
