Location: MacDill AFB, FL.

Clearance required: Secret clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Scope of Work

Oversees planning, creation, and management of CCPA English and foreign‑language social media platforms, leading content strategy, creative design, technical upkeep, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of CCPA English and foreign‑language social media platforms and supervise Regional Media Analysts on region‑specific plans.
• Develop, synchronize, and publish frequent social media posts, maintaining consistent messaging during crisis events.
• Analyze performance data (viewership, followership, regional trends) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure security compliance across platforms and regularly review access protocols and account security.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy with posting frameworks and SMART goals.
• Maintain a database of social media aliases of key individuals and organizations and provide real‑time engagement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• U.S. citizenship; fluent English.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a social media management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content aligned with command objectives.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media dashboards.
