Social Media Manager

Instalogic is a dynamic and quickly growing full‑service marketing agency based out of Calgary, Alberta. The agency is seeking a creative mind who can generate visual solutions through extensive knowledge in graphic design. The role requires a willingness to take chances, experiment with new ideas, and maintain a client‑focused approach that adapts to constantly changing project requirements and expectations. The right candidate will be well‑versed in both visual design and website/UI design and must love the creative design process.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, compelling designs for a wide variety of projects and media, including ads, websites, brochures, logos, corporate identities, posters, newsletters, internal communications, and more.
• Produce artwork and web page designs in a fast‑paced environment, shifting between multiple projects and clients regularly.
• Design website layouts.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Formal graphic design training.
• Minimum of 1 year design experience.
• Positive, professional, team‑oriented attitude with meticulous attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of production, pre‑press, print, and web‑based technologies.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Education

High school or equivalent (required).

Compensation

This is a full‑time salaried position with significant room for advancement as the agency continues to grow.
