Social Media Manager

About the role

GG Media Inc. is hiring a Social Media Manager to work across its marketing, communications, public relations, content, client service, and campaign reporting teams. You will plan, publish, monitor, and measure social media content and community activity. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a social content calendar across the company's approved platforms.
• Draft, schedule, publish, or coordinate posts, graphics, short-form video, and campaign content.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community activity and respond or route issues according to policy.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and other social performance measures.
• Coordinate creative assets, approvals, links, hashtags, and campaign timing with marketing partners.
• Review performance trends and recommend content, timing, or audience adjustments based on results.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, community management, and publishing practices.
• Comfort using social scheduling, analytics, design, and reporting tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and platform context.
• Ability to interpret engagement and conversion metrics and turn them into practical actions.
• Good judgment when responding to public comments or escalating sensitive issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$82,500 - $91,500 per year
