Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and handle audience engagement across brand accounts. A background check is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics and short-form videos
• Monitor channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
• Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for ROI
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• 2+ years of social media experience preferred — recent graduates considered
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
