Social Media Manager
Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) in our Boise, ID, Salt Lake City, UT, Fargo, ND, Portland, OR or Renton, WA offices. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of that location or be willing to relocate.

As a member of the Strategic Communications team, our Social Media Manager serves as the brand evangelist—developing and executing social media strategies, cultivating community engagement, and amplifying our leaders' and employees' voices across digital channels—all in service of creating a person-focused healthcare experience.

Qualifications
Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; 8+ years of digital communications experience with demonstrated leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise across social networking platforms including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, and emerging channels
- Experience with designing social media objectives, strategies and programs to meet business objectives
- Skilled in establishing, tracking and reporting on KPI’s for all social media channels
- Proven social media content development and copywriting skills, with the ability to write in a variety of voices — persuasive, informative, and personal
- Strong project management skills with the ability to evaluate and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop ideas into fully executable plans
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex, technical messages into consumer-friendly language
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communications with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with partners at all levels of a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated passion for social media trends, tools, and innovation
Responsibilities
- Build and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives, tracking and reporting on KPIs across all corporate social media channels
- Reinforce brand presence through consistent copywriting, content oversight, and partnership with internal and external stakeholders on campaigns and live event coverage
- Implement and manage social media listening strategies, including community engagement, vendor relationships, and response protocols in collaboration with customer service, brand, and community teams
- Counsel brands, leaders, and employees on social media best practices and provide training to support effective, on-brand social engagement
- Manage relationships with key social media stakeholders through the Center of Excellence, operating within an integrated, collaborative model
- Monitor social media influence measurements and ensure consistency of messaging across networks, aligning social content with broader corporate priorities, marketing programs and product launches
- Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content marketing innovations, identifying opportunities for Cambia to engage with new tools and strategies
Pay
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; and performance history.
- Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is [hiring pay range], the full salary range is $95,000-155,000 and the bonus target is 15%.
- North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $90,907-122,991 and the full salary range is $80,716-133,182.
