Job Responsibilities
Develop and direct Circana’s global social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms, aligning with commercial objectives and brand positioning.
Build and enforce enterprise-wide social governance, establishing clear policies, best practices, and scalable workflows for internal teams and global stakeholders.
Support executive visibility programs by crafting compelling thought leadership narratives and guiding the brand voice in complex community interactions.
Spearhead a high-impact, video-first social strategy, overseeing the production of short-form videos, executive interviews, and dynamic thought-leadership assets.
Drive the strategic expansion of our employee advocacy program, partnering with Internal Communications and HR to scale adoption and measure business impact.
Own the outcome by setting clear expectations, workflows, and goals for social media execution, enabling consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
10+ years of social media experience combined with communications and digital marketing experience, specifically leading enterprise-level B2B, SaaS, or corporate strategy.
Proven success scaling YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels, with a strong portfolio of video-led social strategies.
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to define governance, build scalable processes, and manage complex stakeholder networks.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and guide thought leadership initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise social management and listening platforms (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or Khoros).
Expertise in video production workflows, YouTube Studio analytics, and editing platforms (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
Experience managing LinkedIn Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong familiarity with Marketing Automation systems (HubSpot preferred) and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Proficiency in enterprise project management tools (Wrike, Monday.com, Asana).
