Social Media Director

Overview

You'll build our social presence from zero. We're part of a family of Jacksonville businesses that also includes roofing and dock construction companies — and we're hiring one person to own social media across all of it.

Responsibilities

• Own the content pipeline end to end: shoot, edit, caption, post, analyze
• Short-form video first: Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, with LinkedIn and Facebook in support
• Develop each brand's voice — cinematic for land, fast and deal-driven for retail
• Work directly with ownership; no committee, no approval chains
