About the role

SYNC Performance is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skiing and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners and distributors
• Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone and email
• Participate in trade shows and events to promote SYNC Performance products
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience in the outdoor industry, particularly in skiing and snowboarding
• Knowledge of ski equipment and apparel
• Passion for performance and durability in gear
