About the role
Dan Wolf Automotive Group is growing and looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Coordinator to help shape how our brands show up online. You'll help develop the voice, tone, cadence, and overall social presence for Toyota of Naperville, Lexus of Naperville, Chevrolet of Naperville, and The Flow Express Car Wash.
Schedule
20-30 hours per week initially. A 90-day review will evaluate business needs, workload, performance, and future opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage weekly social media content calendars
- Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Monitor trends and turn them into creative content opportunities
- Respond to comments, messages, and online feedback
- Professionally handle and deescalate negative online interactions
- Track and report weekly social media metrics and trends
- Manage creator/influencer outreach and partnerships
- Help capture photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content
- Maintain a consistent Dan Wolf Automotive Group voice across all brands
- Bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo
Qualifications
- Creative, enthusiastic, and motivated
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong writer with a natural understanding of brand voice
- Comfortable communicating with customers online
- Social-media savvy and trend-aware
- Confident using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Comfortable with basic photo/video editing
- Takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do
- Excited to collaborate, create, and make things happen
Skills (bonus)
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, or social media analytics
- Personal content-creation equipment is preferred, but not required
