SMARTSHEET SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT / PMO ENABLEMENT CONSULTANT

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design and configure scalable Smartsheet solutions, including workspaces, sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and automated workflows.
• Develop and optimize Smartsheet solutions to support project, program, and portfolio management processes.
• Configure and manage advanced Smartsheet capabilities, including WorkApps and Control Center (preferred).
• Establish Smartsheet governance standards, best practices, and solution frameworks.
• Create reporting dashboards and portfolio views to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Smartsheet solutions.
• Support user enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Smartsheet platform.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Smartsheet administration, architecture, implementation, or consulting.
• Deep expertise with Smartsheet Workspaces, Sheets, Reports, Dashboards, Forms, and Automation.
• Experience designing project, program, or portfolio management solutions using Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of PMO processes, governance models, reporting, and project management best practices.
• Ability to develop scalable solutions and provide platform guidance to business teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Smartsheet Certified Professional certification preferred.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications preferred.
