Specialist, PMO Tools & Process Integration

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end process maps for project execution and PMO governance
  • Translate governance requirements into intuitive digital workflows and dashboards
  • Maintain up-to-date process diagrams aligned with PMO standards
  • Build automated workflows for approvals, alerts, deliverable tracking, and gate compliance
  • Integrate templates, SOPs, and process documentation directly into PMO tool interfaces
  • Manage centralized libraries of PMO templates, forms, and SOP trackers
  • Ensure version control and proper linkage between processes and templates
  • Build dashboards for deliverable tracking, lifecycle stages, resource visibility, and compliance metrics
  • Automate routine reporting to reduce manual project management effort
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accurate information flows across PMO systems
  • Cook up with IT, Engineering, Project Managers, and leadership to support system integrations and enhancements

  • Communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels
  • Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Protect confidential information
  • Work in a global environment to maintain and update standards and best practices
  • Maintain a valid passport and driver’s license
  • Travel domestically and internationally approximately 20–30% of the work year
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting PMO tools, workflow automation, or digital process design in the power generation or industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle frameworks, process governance, and business system integration
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and business documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into efficient digital workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP databases, Smartsheet, Visio, Miro, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar PMO and visualization tools

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Regularly required to stand and walk
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Jobsite environments may include moderate to loud noise levels, and hearing protection may be required in certain locations
