About the role

E-logic is seeking an analytical Process Specialist to evaluate, document, and streamline complex institutional workflows for the University of Texas System (UT System), through its Supply Chain Alliance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather granular data on current-state business practices through interviews, observation, and system audits.
  • Map and document "as-is" and "to-be" workflows using standardized process modeling notations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, control deficiencies, or bottlenecks, and recommend structured process improvements.
  • Develop training guides, manuals, and high-impact presentations to communicate process changes to varied stakeholder tiers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or operations consulting.
  • Superior data-gathering capabilities, mastery of process mapping software, and excellent public presentation and communication skills.
