General Description The Commercial Learning & Development (CL&D) team is seeking an experienced Smartsheet Solution Architect & Implementation Consultant to design and build a comprehensive project and portfolio management solution within Smartsheet. This is a project-based contract engagement focused on assessing current-state processes, gathering business requirements, designing a future-state operating model, developing the Smartsheet solution, and transitioning ownership to the CL&D team upon completion. The consultant will serve as both a business analyst and technical solution architect, partnering closely with stakeholders to create a scalable, user-friendly solution that improves project visibility, resource management, budget oversight, reporting, and operational efficiency. The engagement will conclude with implementation, documentation, knowledge transfer, and solution handoff. Essential Functions Of The Job Assess current project management, resource management, budget management, and reporting processes.Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions.Identify operational inefficiencies, manual processes, and reporting gaps.Design a scalable Smartsheet architecture that aligns with CL&D business needs.Build and configure the solution.Test and refine the solution through stakeholder feedback.Create governance and maintenance documentation.Train designated business owners and administrators.Transition ownership of the solution to the CL&D team. Education/Experience Required Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Smartsheet enterprise solutions.Experience leading business process discovery and requirements gathering efforts.Experience building project portfolio management (PPM) solutions.Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet Core Platform, Dashboards, Reports, Forms, Automation, WorkApps, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, and DataMesh.Experience documenting business and technical requirements.Experience delivering implementation projects from assessment through handoff. Preferred/Nice To Have Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or research and development industries.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $66.96/hour - $89.29/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
