Small Business Banking Relationship Management Manager (LO)
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Management Manager (LO) in Consumer Business Lending to provide coverage for Relationship Managers. The role focuses on client relationship management, client experience, acquisition of new clients, deepening existing relationships, and risk management for Business clients.
The LO will promote business growth by implementing strategies to increase revenue through onboarding new clients, deepening relationships with existing clients, and retaining existing credit or deposit balances within an assigned territory. They will identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development. The role involves making decisions and resolving low to moderately complex issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of the team to meet business objectives. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and multiple levels of management are essential. The LO will collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Product partners to provide vision and leadership, leveraging market data and expertise on client and market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of solutions more effectively. They will partner with Wells Fargo partners across the assigned territory to develop partnership agreements that better meet clients' needs.
The LO will manage the allocation of people and financial resources for the functional area and mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience

Job Expectations
This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.
