Responsibilities
- Independently and collaboratively assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to print specifications and standard work instructions.
- Strictly adhere to and actively promote all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain excellent attendance and consistently arrive to work on time.
- Perform required inspections and quality checks to ensure all products meet specification standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in accordance with 5S principles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1–2 years of assembly experience.
Skills
- Blueprint & Instruction Literacy: Ability to read and comprehend technical prints and standard work instructions.
- Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, or accessing digital work instructions.
- Tool Handling: Proficient in using hand tools including hammers, wrenches, grinders, and pneumatic (air) tools.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods (8–10 hours per day).
- Forklift Operation: Forklift experience is a plus and may be required for certain roles.
