About the role
The Production Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling small parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts following precise instructions and blueprints
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of assembly processes
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
