Responsibilities
- Working with small to microscopic components while assembling miniature camera systems and precision products.
- Utilizing specialized tools such as optical tweezers, pin vises, microscopes, and soldering equipment to complete assembly activities.
- Performing assembly operations according to established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
- Testing assemblies in accordance with customer specifications and divisional requirements.
- Conducting functional testing on completed assemblies to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Following work instructions and technical documentation to support accurate assembly processes.
- Maintaining attention to detail while handling delicate components and precision equipment.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods while performing detailed assembly activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Very strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent fine motor skills and manual dexterity for handling small and delicate components.
- The ability to sit and stand for extended periods as required in a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to read, understand, and follow routine instructions and assembly procedures.
- A proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with hobbies or activities requiring precision handwork, such as miniature model building, crafting, jewelry making, crocheting, sewing, or similar detailed work.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
