About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Regions 1 through 4. This role plays a key part in helping our communities attract, hire and retain top talent while supporting overall staffing and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of regional talent acquisition, customer service, healthcare sales, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Apploi, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms or job boards preferred, but not required
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, community leadership, and candidates
• Proven experience supporting agency and overtime reduction efforts, including successfully partnering with communities to reduce or eliminate agency usage
• Experience negotiating compensation, extending offers, and coordinating required pre-hire checks in Texas, including background, exclusion, employability, and licensure verifications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting the goals of assigned regions
• Experience recruiting and hiring Licensed Nursing Facility Administrators (LNFAs) and Directors of Nursing (DONs) required
