About the role

Full-time, part-time, or casual positions available. AM and PM shifts available.

Pay

$20.70–$23.50 per hour with shift differential for PM and night shifts. Eligible for sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
• Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community, keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Administers medications as prescribed and per healthcare policy.
• Performs all necessary related functions, such as blood pressure checks and pulses in conjunction with the medication pass as needed.
• Communicates changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse immediately and accurately.
• Successfully completes required educational units annually.
• Attends training sessions, staff meetings, and in-services to stay current with information regarding drug therapies and healthcare processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old is required.
• High school graduate or high school equivalency diploma.
• Successful completion and certification of the State of Wisconsin approved Medication Administration Assistant training program.
• Current on the State of Wisconsin nurse aide directory.
• Current on the federal nurse aide directory.
• Current CPR certification and ability to maintain.
