About the role
The Ski Team Segment Development U12 Head Coach (Ski) oversees a specific age class, segment or sub-segment of a ski or snowboard discipline within Team Palisades Tahoe (TPT).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall success of Team Palisades Tahoe in accordance with the Mission and Vision
- Ensure quality of the athlete and employee experience
- Support retention, athlete success, and parent satisfaction
- Work directly with a Department or Age Class Program Manager and a Senior Manager
