Coaching: Head Alpine Ski Coach/Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Direct Assistant Coach in the overall planning and logistics of the Alpine Ski program.
- Monitor and maintain the discipline and conduct of student athletes to support the image and reputation of the athletics program.
- Cookordinate with Gunstock Coaches in training sessions.
- Supervise team members individually and in groups.
- Develop and implement game strategy and position assignments.
- Cookordinate the strength and conditioning programs for student athletes with our strength coaches.
- Ensure adherence to all NEPSAC & CMSL rules and regulations/policies.
- Be a mentor, both in skiing and life.
- Build positive relationships with all members of the Berwick Academy community, including students, faculty, administration, parents and alumni.
Requirements
- Experienced in Alpine Racing Club and High School ski coach preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
Responsible for planning and logistics of our student athletes on our Alpine Ski Program. Reports to the Director of Athletics. Conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of the New England Preparatory Athletic Council (NEPSAC) and Central Mass Ski League (CMSL).
Skills
Must have experience in Alpine Skiing and be able to mentor both in skiing and life.

Located approximately one hour north of Boston in the beautiful Seacoast area of Southern Maine and Southern New Hampshire. The Berwick campus spans roughly 80 acres and includes 15 buildings, with students commuting from 68 communities from Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
