About the role

We're looking for a Ski Manufacturing Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to building some of the finest skis in the world. Start Date: First week of August (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, staging, and organizing materials for production
  • Assembling ski components with precision and attention to detail
  • Operating production machinery, hand tools, and specialized equipment
  • Sanding, routing, trimming, grinding, and performing other finishing operations
  • Performing quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
  • Monitoring materials and reporting quality or equipment concerns
  • Rotating between production departments as business needs require
  • Working closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate production equipment and hand tools
  • Ability to learn multiple manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Willingness to be clean shaven when required for respirator fit testing and safety compliance
  • Standing for up to 10-hour shifts
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
  • Working with production equipment, machinery, and power tools
  • Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and respirators when required
  • Exposure to manufacturing materials, dust, noise, and production environments
  • Regular lifting of materials weighing up to 60 pounds
