  • Customer & Team Engagement - Professional Communication: Act as the face of Venture Home Solar’s leadership in the field, communicating with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders in a relentlessly positive, professional, and articulate manner.

  • Technical Expertise - A deep and comprehensive understanding of electrical, building, and roofing codes as they apply to residential solar PV systems.

  • Work Ethic - A highly driven, self-starting "go-getter" mentality. You must be energized by hard work, high volume, and solving complex operational challenges.

  • Communication Skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate field issues, build trust with homeowners, and motivate remote employees.

  • Mobility - Willingness and ability to travel 1–2 weeks per month across the Northeast.

  • Driving Record - Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent, clean driving record.

  • Location - Must be able to commute to the Stamford, CT office when not traveling for field visits.
