The Site Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of campus activities and maintaining a secure environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver clear, prompt, and courteous communication
  • Directing campus safety functions, including entry management, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
  • Supervising day-to-day campus activities such as attendance tracking, facility coordination, transportation arrangements, and front-office workflows
  • Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to promote seamless operational integration
  • Administering student devices and campus technology systems, functioning as the on-site technical contact and Google Administrator

This position requires your presence on-site at one of our campus locations. You will ensure that everything functions seamlessly, enhancing the experience and satisfaction levels of students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

As the Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining smooth, secure, and effective campus operations
  • Ensuring the operational pulse of the campus is managed with precision, speed, and genuine attention
  • Organizing safety exercises, troubleshooting device malfunctions, onboarding new staff, and responding to inquiries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 1 year in office coordination, facilities management, site operations, or comparable operational capacity
  • Proficiency with fundamental technology troubleshooting, device oversight, and user account management
  • Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with parents, staff, students, and external vendors
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities while preserving accuracy and thoroughness
  • Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses or willingness to relocate

Qualifications

Basic qualifications include:

  • Employment authorization in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship
