Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD
What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff, maintaining transparent, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus security functions, including entry management, medical situations, emergency procedures, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions including attendance tracking, facility management, transit arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to guarantee seamless integration into operational workflows
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical coordinator and Google Administrator

- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic content
- Mentoring Guides or directing curriculum initiatives
- Operating in a limited, single-task clerical position
- Remaining stationary with routine, unchanging responsibilities
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
