Responsibilities
- Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients with excellent use of business etiquette and critical thinking skills.
- Hospitality services: Conference room management (i.e. setting up/breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assist with catering orders, other related tasks as needed).
- Mail/Copy/Print Center - Ability to manage workflow and direct team in best practices and utilize current technology to leverage workflow.
- Make viable recommendations on industry trends and solutions to improve operations efficiency.
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from Sr. Management and maintain communication with full participation in all scheduled meetings.
- Participate in cross-training and develop plans for the execution of cross-training of team members.
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.
- Adequately adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior Office/Corporate/Facility Management experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors.
- Willingness to cross-train for other job functions and must be a working manager.
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
