About the role
Accountable for daily operations of small to medium sites and manages a small team.
Responsibilities
- Manages contracted services including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging and mail services.
- Assesses talent, staff career development and conducts performance management activities & employee counseling with support from assigned leadership.
- Prioritizes multiple and competing priorities, communicates team vision and priorities, creates a helpful and positive work culture to maximize retention.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Ricoh products and offerings, manages total production labor percentages, improves quality of operations, ensures achievement of Service Level Agreements, works with the customer to improve business processes, focuses on business retention, customer service, ensures proper staffing, motivates employees, recognizes their accomplishments, identifies training and performance planning targets, evaluates team member performance, provides career development and training opportunities.
- Maintains formal contact with the customer on a daily basis, identifies gaps/scope creep in service delivery, adjusts process documentation, ensures financial responsibilities are met, facilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, orders-in and invoicing, creates/supports site required reporting, customer presentations and business reviews to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and value add reporting.
Requirements
High school or GED is required. 3-5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical). Previous 2 years of managerial work experience strongly preferred. Previous 3-5 years Customer facing work experience required. Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of technology. Proficient in 360.
Qualifications
- Education: High school or GED.
- Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
- Managerial experience: 2 years of managerial work experience.
- Customer-facing experience: 3-5 years.
- Knowledge: Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of technology.
- Skills: Proficient in 360.
