- Proven leadership, supervisor, or management experience

- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment and troubleshooting
- Reliable, dependable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Schedule
Scheduling for Site Managers varies depending on business needs and site demands:
Shifts are generally 8–10 hours
Schedule may include a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
On-call availability required to support operations as needed
Full-time role, typically 45+ hours per week
