Site Logistics Coordinator
The Role
The primary responsibility of the Site Material Logistics Coordinator is to manage efficient flow of materials and equipment on construction sites, driving efficiency for site personnel.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Maintain inventory levels
- Optimize site operations
- Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to streamline material management
- Minimize delays and enhance productivity
Requirements
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
- Experience in construction logistics preferred
- Familiarity with general plumbing / pipe fittings and Sheetmetal materials
- Ability to operate typical construction equipment for material handling (forklift/lull operation required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Effective communication and ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Basic computer and tablet skills, including use of email and material tracking applications
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with team leaders and teammates
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Skills

Schedule
- Varying shifts, short notice assignments, emergencies, nights, weekends, and overtime (scheduled and unscheduled)
