Site Lead / Operator - Site Prep and Structure Delivery

The Opportunity

You will serve as a pivotal leader in the field, overseeing the foundational site work and precision delivery of premium outdoor structures. This role offers the autonomy to manage complex residential projects while mentoring a high-performance team in a culture that prizes professional growth and craftsmanship. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within high-end residential construction or site development.
• Proven proficiency in operating heavy equipment and driving trucks with trailers.
• Advanced knowledge of grading, site work, trenchwork, deliveries, and concrete applications, including backfills and foundation forming.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while maintaining a high degree of energy and a positive attitude.
• Strict adherence to a professional, drug-free work environment to maintain team safety and brand integrity.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior success in landscaping or specialized residential site preparation.
• Experience in high-stakes decision-making and logistical planning for complex, customized construction projects.
