About the role

The Site Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage team of operators and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems.
