Site Inventory Lead

Manage inventory processes, coordinate off-site warehouse materials, and support project operations.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
• Partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to secure the timely and smooth allocation of material inventory.
• Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.
• Engage with the Project Material Manager to ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to forecasted delivery dates.
• Prepare reports on site safety and material movement.
• Maintain records of inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.
• Stage materials for project sites.
• Coordinate project-specific documentation.

Requirements

• Strong communication abilities, capable of persuading without formal power and leading efficiently, providing suggestions for timely, principle-centered choices.
• Proven ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders.
• Self-motivation and a desire to build a positive impact on the team.
• Experience in developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting.
• Strong team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency, and the ability to break down barriers and silos.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time at different site locations.
• Forklift experience is mandatory.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600 to $68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
