Responsibilities
- Ensure site-level inventory accuracy and control, including governance of inventory transactions, raw material consumption, and inventory movement across locations.
- Manage and coordinate the site's Inventory Team and ensure strong performance against required inventory metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory issues across the site, 3PL and offsite inventory and additional production and toller locations.
- Lead and coordinate the site Inventory Team to ensure consistent execution of inventory control processes.
- Owning site inventory integrity: ensuring accurate inventory creation, movement, and adjustments across all storage and production locations.
- Ensuring reporting and compliance for all required site inventory metrics.
- Monitoring daily production/process orders for timely, accurate closure.
- Overseeing required daily inventory activities to maintain SAP data accuracy by monitoring completion of transactions (e.g., negatives, consumables, cost center charge-offs).
- Participating in monthly MSA meetings and coordinating MSA and scrap material disposals for on-site and off-site materials.
- Providing cycle count leadership and coordinating with Operations and Inventory personnel to execute the cycle count plan.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce open order backlog, variance levels, and inventory inaccuracies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing supply chain, warehouse operations, or production reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with production order reconciliation, variance analysis, and inventory transaction governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and Pareto methods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, trend tracking) and strong comfort with data entry systems.
- Prior lead/supervisory experience or proven ability to lead through influence.
- Knowledge of key operational metrics (yield, scrap, consumption variance, OEE impacts).
- Experience implementing standard work, training programs, and continuous improvement plans (Lean/5S).

Pay
U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,000 to $101,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
