Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and manage the visitor screening process.
  • Carefully coordinate visitor activities between stakeholders, departments and outside parties.
  • Is proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Supports the development of desktop procedures and internal auditing.
  • Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.
  • Organizes and maintains file system, written and/or electronically.
  • Organizes and files correspondence and other records.
  • Answers and screens telephone calls. Routes calls to appropriate party.
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules, makes reservations.
  • Processes expense reports.
  • Contacts company personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
  • Conducts research, analyzes data, determines approach with some guidance, compiles and prepares reports/recommendations.
  • Enters customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Provides requested documentation to our distributors and customers.
  • Manages general office supplies, keeping inventory and placing orders.
  • Supports our customers in completing warranty registrations and claims.
  • Supports and assists with company events.
  • Aids Human Resources with recruitment actions such as scheduling interviews, coordinating New Hire Orientation dates and preparing Welcome Packets.
  • Prepare badges for new and existing employees.
  • Aid HR with compliance of required employee communication, document distribution and recording verification.
  • Aid HR with Annual Benefits Enrollment packets.
  • Aid HR with Training and Development – with guidance, schedule training sessions and coordinate calendars with invited parties.
  • Copy and prepare training documents for distribution.
  • Transfer training attendance sheets to electronic spreadsheets.
  • Help reorganize and maintain shared drives.
  • Mail management.
  • Support special projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 2-5 years of related clerical and/or administrative support experience in a specialized function.
  • Intermediate knowledge of database software, MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Unanet, SharePoint, Salesforce a plus (not required).

Pay

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is $34,300.00-$45,700.000. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
