Responsibilities

  • Aid in the input of Purchase Order Amendments into the Syteline system.
  • Perform weekly closing of Job Orders.
  • Maintain Repair order entry into Syteline.
  • Log all QF-1 Forms as they are generated and route them to the Business Units; track overdue forms and retrieve those older than one month.
  • Retrieve from the customer and enter respective schedules into Syteline as defined by the Customer Support Manager.
  • Generate and communicate the daily shipment instruction list in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain an open action log documenting all activities associated with the collection of outstanding invoices beyond the agreed payment terms.
  • Attend customer teleconferences, as assigned by the Customer Support Manager, recording and communicating: 1) all TCT assigned action items 2) date and time of follow-on calls. Additionally, follow-up with Business Units to ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Participate in monthly NPI reviews to stay apprised of current program status and communicate any customer concerns.
  • File customer communications in applicable job folders as directed by Customer Support Manager.
  • Communicate customer shipment commits as required.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Support Manager.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of related experience.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Working Conditions

  • Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
