What You Can Expect

  • Reporting to the Plant Manager and other plant management and technical employees.
  • Establish and maintain general administrative activities including timesheets, timesheet summaries, recordkeeping activities, relevant safety documentation, deliveries, and kitchen/office storage and maintenance.
  • Track and oversee the completion of punch list items, Turnover Packages, As-Builts and other outstanding aspects of the project completion after the contractor team has departed.
  • Cookout processes through Trimble; Maintain communication with the Ohio State University staff as needed to ensure project completion status is successfully achieved.
  • ENGIE closeout process is complete, to include all necessary documentation per current closeout requirements.
  • Obtain quotes & write purchase requests to vendors; assist with the expediting and delivery of orders as required as well as close out of purchase orders; maintain documentation of material receipt and manage related invoices; perform vendor management in Coupa or Maximo as needed.
  • Produce documents and reports as requested by operational leaders.
  • Interface with McCracken Capital Projects team as needed.
  • Manage the CHP SharePoint for Operations and Maintenance team to ensure all process-related documentation is stored, maintained, and accessible.
  • Cookout processes through Trimble; Maintain communication with the Ohio State University staff as needed to ensure project completion status is successfully achieved.
  • Coordinate with corporate human resources department to provide assistance as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma, plus five (5) years relevant experience.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of the CHP project construction and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to use analytical judgment to plan and perform diversified work, making decisions within prescribed limitations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and take direction from others.
  • Compliance with training / regulatory requirements.

Additional Details

  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis; Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
  • This position consists of 10% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions.
  • Compensation
    • Hourly Range: $27.40 - $42.00 USD hourly
