Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized Site Administrator to join our fast-paced startup. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks on-site, supporting the executive and management teams.
- Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring adequate management and organization of office materials, equipment, product inventory, finished goods, and shipping logistics.
- Manage basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with budget preparation.
- Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, setting up new equipment, and assisting employees with technical needs.
- Handle incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and office visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including timekeeping, onboarding, and tracking performance.
- Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by maintaining accurate records.
- Implement and oversee internal communication protocols to enhance workflow and information sharing among staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office space, adhering to the startup culture's standards.
- Take on special projects as needed, potentially evolving into a broader operational role.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, startup, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with common office software (Google Suite, project management tools, etc.).
- Experience with basic office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and a general comfort with technology.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information.

Physical Requirements
