About the role

At Copa Health, our mission is to inspire health, hope, and happiness. We are seeking an experienced, people-centered leader to oversee the daily operations at our Gateway Integrated Health Home clinic, one of Copa Health’s comprehensive outpatient clinics serving individuals with behavioral health and integrated healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for assigned outpatient clinic(s).
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive operational performance through data-informed decision making.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and employee development.
• Monitor clinic operations, budgets, productivity, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ADHS, CARF, HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards.
• Partner with clinical leadership to improve quality, access, and member outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and recovery-oriented care.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal leaders, community partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services.
• Valid Arizona Driver License with acceptable driving record.
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain within 8 weeks of hire).
• TB clearance at time of hire.
