Site Administrator
About the role
The Site Administrator position involves leading, directing, and managing the operations of one of our behavioral health outpatient clinics. This role works closely with the clinical director to ensure all aspects of clinic operations run smoothly, including electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, facility maintenance, staffing, reports, budgeting, special projects, and more.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of clinic functions such as EMR, scheduling, building needs, staffing, reports, budgeting, special projects, and requests.
- Oversee on-call services and handle grievances and appeals.
- Support clinical employees in providing efficient, quality care and timely services to patients.
- Manage the clinic’s resources and ensure they align with the organization’s goals and patient needs.

- Master's or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
- Minimum four years experience in behavioral health preferred.
- Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
- Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance.
- At least 21 years of age.

- Exemplary leadership skills.
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Follows direction, uses sound judgment, possesses excellent management skills, and identifies priorities.
- Utilizes multiple types of office equipment and proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Uses the internet and various web browsers.
