Simulation Developer/Instructional Designer (Bilingual Preferred)

About the role

DSI Systems Inc. seeks a creative Simulation Developer/Instructional Designer to design immersive simulations that enhance agent performance and key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design simulations using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Build training that mirrors real call flows, tools, and customer issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps
• Refine training content based on feedback and data analysis
• Support the rollout of new training in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Provide user support as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or call center training
• Spanish/English bilingual is preferred
• Strong skills in simulation tools such as Articulate, Captivate, etc.
• Experience with LMS platforms (SCORM/xAPI experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex processes
• Able to travel 30-50% and work independently
