About the role
Design, develop, and maintain simulation models and environments to support digital wargaming and military training efforts. Integrate simulations into system architectures, collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to enhance model fidelity, and troubleshoot issues across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Implement new simulation features
- Conduct validation of simulation models
- Support planning and documentation activities for simulation projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in simulation or game development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Java
- Experience with simulation platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Experience with version control and collaboration workflows
- Current TS/SCI clearance
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
Preferred Skills
- Military modeling knowledge
- Familiarity with wargaming processes
- 3D graphics and physics engines
- Agile methodologies
