Shuttle Driver - Hampton Fields Village

The community is nestled on a peaceful, beautifully landscaped campus just minutes from the McKnight Road retail district.

About the role

Shuttle Drivers are responsible for transporting residents from the campus to clinics, activity functions, doctors’ offices, hospitals, shopping malls, etc. The Shuttle Driver assists residents with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from various destinations including clinics, activity functions, doctors’ offices, hospitals, and shopping malls.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles.
• Document work completed using basic computer skills.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service.
• Interact effectively with both residents and team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid PA State Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (if not certified when hired, must complete during orientation period).
• Department of Human Services Direct Care training (if not certified when hired, must complete during orientation period).

Pay

Starting pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Part-time, non-exempt; Monday, Thursday, and every other Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
