Shuttle Driver

About the role

A shuttle driver safely and efficiently transports guests to and from the Golf Clubhouse and Racquet Center by operating a hotel car, van or shuttle. This role requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel's communication base and compliance with local driving regulations. Drivers are frequently asked general information about the hotel, give recommendations on the surrounding area, and are required to assist the passengers during the loading and unloading process. Ensuring that the vehicle is clean, fueled, and any necessary service communicated to the appropriate person is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from the Golf Clubhouse and Racquet Center
• Operate a hotel car, van, or shuttle in compliance with local driving regulations
• Communicate and coordinate with the hotel's communication base
• Provide general information about the hotel and recommendations on the surrounding area
• Assist passengers during the loading and unloading process
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and report any necessary service

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
• Professional presentation
• Outstanding guest service skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The hourly rate for the position is $21.00.
