Shuttle Driver

Safely transport employees to and from Tennessee Cancer Specialists' Johnson City office, ensuring timely arrivals and a positive experience. This role is key to operational efficiency and requires a dependable, courteous, and safety-focused individual committed to exceptional service while operating company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees between designated locations and the Johnson City office according to established schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle environment.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols while operating the vehicle.
- Assist passengers as needed to ensure a safe and comfortable transportation experience.
- Monitor routes and adjust travel plans as necessary due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
- Communicate schedule updates, delays, or transportation issues to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure punctual arrivals and departures to support operational efficiency.
- Represent Tennessee Cancer Specialists in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must possess a good driving record.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
