About the Role

The Shuttle Driver will transport items between stores while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You’ll work as part of the shuttle team to ensure orders are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered. This role requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Load, transport, and deliver items between stores in a safe, timely manner.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Use route navigation apps and local knowledge to deliver packages on time.
  • Complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles and report any issues.
  • Assist with other store/warehouse duties (e.g., stocking, parts pulling) as assigned.
  • Secure and transfer cash or other assets when required.

Requirements

  • Current, valid driver’s license.
  • Must meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years or older).
  • Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 lbs for Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers).
  • Prolonged sitting and ability to maintain workplace safety.

Skills

  • Ability to use a tablet and/or mobile device for navigation and route optimization.
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take and follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for overtime as needed.
  • Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.

Pay

Starting at $16.90/hour (minimum USD).
