Shuttle Driver

About the role

The Parking Spot is the largest near-airport parking company in the United States, with over 25 years in business and more than 2,000 team members across 40+ locations. As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a key role in providing safe and courteous transportation for customers between our parking facilities and airport terminals. This is a full-time, overnight position with a pay rate of $15 per hour (plus cash and mobile tips) and regular bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and The Parking Spot locations while adhering to all safe driving practices.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile, assist with luggage, and provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver the best possible service.
• Comply with all regulations and requirements for operating commercial vehicles.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Must hold applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willingness to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, or state regulations.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for public interaction, traffic signs, and DOT compliance.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage (with or without accommodation).

Pay

$15 per hour (plus cash and mobile tips) with regular bonus opportunities.
