Shuttle Driver
Job Summary
M-F 5:30am - 11am 32.5 hours
Operates shuttle bus and/or passenger coach-type vehicles.
Safely transports passengers to various destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Adheres to assignments in accordance with scheduled shuttle routes prepared by the Manager, Supervisor, and/or Dispatcher.
Reports to the Supervisor of Transportation (or to a designated individual in the Supervisor's absence).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Licenses and Credentials
- MGH Security
- RMV Check/Registry of Motor Vehicles Driving Report - MGB Internal required
- Commercial Drivers License [Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Transportation Registry of Motor Vehicles required
Experience
- Proven experience as a shuttle bus driver 1-2 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent driving skills for shuttle buses and coach-type vehicles with the ability to navigate various road and weather conditions safely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Great improvisational skills.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card from Occupational Health.
- Ability to possess and maintain an Air Brake Endorsement and Passenger Endorsement on a CDL license.
