About the Role

Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using a property vehicle. Document all trips prior to the start and at the conclusion of each trip. Park the vehicle in the designated location when not in use and inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including tire pressure and fluid levels, and refuel as necessary. Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents (e.g., damages, accidents) to the manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Document all vehicle incidents and provide reports to management.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and professional appearance and protecting company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and employees using electronic devices (e.g., pagers, two-way radios, email).
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Read and verify information in various formats (e.g., small print).
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
• Move at varying speeds (e.g., run, walk, jog) to respond to work situations.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills frequently.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (MIRJ).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required.

Pay

$24.43 per hour.
